I’ve forgotten about my site.
Not that anyone reads it, anyway. However, because I complained to ASDA via the medium of the written letter, and email, I received two seperate letters, both with a £5 gift card.
They were very apologetic, and they blamed the issue on a small hole that must have pierced the box – interesting, as they said that to my friend as well. I can only imagine that they were packaged in the same place as they have the skewers tested.
Complaining for fun and profit. It works!
